Shareworld - Contributors to Shareworld

Shareworld has been running since 2005 and it has changed considerably since its conception; see here for a picture time-line of Shareworld.

As I am sure you can tell our html skills were very limited when we started out and it is only thanks to the help of several people and service providers that we are still up and running.

Consequently I thought it would be fair to mention all those that have contributed to this site:

We first hosted Shareworld in 2005 for free with 100free.com.

1and1 Internet

1and1 have been hosting our site since 2006. We have had no problems at all with the service and despite the fact that there does seem to be some bad press related to 1and1, we would recommend it to anyone.

W3C

Thanks to W3C for there Markup Validation Service which has helped us to keep the coding behind Shareworld correct as much as possible.

CentOS

Our server runs on the centOS operating system - very reliable, very stable, thanks.

Statcounter.com

Thanks to StatCounter who have been providing us with statistics ever since we started the site. And thanks also to everyone on the StatCounter forums for all your help.

Alleycode

Thanks to Alleycode, a free website editor that has been great fun to use in building and maintaining the site.

The Modern gent
