Geong International’s software automates the predictive "Deming Cycle", founded by business expert Dr. Edward Deming, who broke business processes down into four key areas for success:

In other words, a business must do its planning and have its planning meetings and sessions where all contingencies are sought. The business must then take the planning to the "do" stage where it tests these concepts and then checks them again and if they work, take action.
