Holding some of these as a speculative stock for growth and they are currently offering further shares for subscription. Any thoughts on this please?
I was thinking of rounding up to make my holding a round number possibly taking approx 50% higher holding.

In reply to the first part yes they are - Have been offered them by my Stockbroker. In reply to the second part I did say they are speculative but from everything I am reading about them it seems that their product is steadily coming to market and they seem to have some good progressive international tie ups with up and coming market awareness worldwide.

Presumably the shares are in Barclay's nominees? They will get the rights issue on their nominee holding and as I say it is (usually) available only to 'qualifying' shareholders. It may be different due to the fact that the shares are also on AIM. But I doubt it. The laws of a country usually apply outright. Barclays, like any other nominee won't go into that deeply. If you want to take up the rights I would just tell give those instructions and see what happens. I recently had the same thing with our nominees, Pershing Nominees, so as the client wanted to take them up that's what I told them. Don't think it has been finalised yet so I don't know the result.
