I am planning to buy an iPad for trading but want to know trader's view for it. Is there any disadvantages of using iPad for forex trading?

It should be fine. As long as your trading platform has an app. for the iPad and you have a good, constant signal.

Yes, Most of the trading platforms need java and I am worried that ipad does not support it. It is the main problem.

I am sure it will be supported. IG Index runs on iPad

Thanks raysor, I am also searching brokers that support iPad trading platform then compare to all and go for the best one.
