Hi Prashant,
IG Index is spread betting so you could go long or short in equities on margin, but you want to trade pure options? Most stockbrokers will let you buy equity options )and sell to close) and write covered calls, but not usually anything else (like writing Puts). I am pretty sure Charles Stanley will let you do everything, but your financial standing, experience in derivatives would be a possible sticking point.
