Well I think you should be prepared to write off these investments. Natrocell is a private company so there is nowhere to sell those. I cannot find Renata Corp. so probably private. Vanguard Pharm is quoted on the Pink Sheets under ticker VGPH.PK
Yahoo finance says 50cents but if you look there you will see there is no historic record of any trades, so you can take that as no market, hence no value. If you want to keep punishing yourself check this site periodically for any movement.
Apart from this there are several other problems; Are any of the certificates marked "Restricted" in any form? You can usually only sell US stocks in dematerialised form and most brokers will be loathe to take on a new client just to do this.
I strongly suspect these stocks are all the result of scams so I suggest you put them away somewhere and forget about them. If anyone contacts you now or in the future with "opportunities" to recover some of your losses DO NOT be tempted; it will cost you more money.
