You ask whether Companies West Group is a scam. The real question is why are you bothering? Have you bought shares? Or are you thinking of buying shares?
If you have bought shares then I suspect you can kiss your money goodbye. If you are thinking of buying shares- then DON'T.
Is someone trying to sell you shares? If so, who are they? Was it a cold call? Are they authorised to give investment advice?
Have a look at their website. I couldn't find a mention of any directors. No hint of a balance sheet.ÂÂ
Is it a scam? What do you think?ÂÂ

I was cold called by so called financial adisors www.trent-consultants.com and told it will go to 9 euro and I need to invest 5K Euro minimum. I also could not find anything believable about this so of course I don't like high high high risk investments.

I was sold £23,000.00 of shares in company westgroup by Green Care Investemnts, they even pursuaded me to cash in "sound" investments. they told me they were going to be sold on 29.3.10 then May, now green care investments arent contactable and the shares have restrictions on them to prevent them being sold. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have lost my life savings and more besides

I bought 500 shares in CWGinc. and have just found out they are worthless.GCI-internaional.com cold called me. FSI say Brokers are not allowed to cold call!!!!
They are both on FSI warning list too!!!!

they are the SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
they sold me shares of worth (if they were)£8000 and when I tried to contact them to sell them , there is no response. no reply to the calls.the given fone number are not attended.i have tried through other brokers and all of them said that the way were sold means that it is clearly a scam.
Any body thinking to invest should NOT do that to loose their hard earned money.

both, A38 and MFI are scam. take care, though they are listed at Open Market at FWB shares are unsaleable due to lack of buyers.A38 is not willing to fullfill their obligations.
