Hi bought some mv sports grp share in 2000. I understand that the company has been taken over. Where do I stand with my existing shares? - Posted by Sedee

Hi Sedee
MV Sports were acquired by Tandem Group in April 2003.
Tandem Group (TND.L) are currently 155p-163p
I am pretty sure you will not have one share in Tandem for every one share in MV so I would check your holding, and the validity of old certificates, with the company Registrars: Capita IRG Plc., Huddersfield. Tel: (01484) 600 904
